Dr. Williams is excited to step into the role of principal of Estill Middle School. With over 30 years of experience in education, Dr. Williams brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep commitment to student success.

Throughout her career, Dr. Williams has served in multiple roles, including classroom teacher, instructional leader, and curriculum developer. She has an extensive background in curriculum design, instructional planning, and data-driven decision-making. Her leadership style reflects a strong belief in the power of collaboration and the potential of every student.

As principal, Dr. Williams is guided by three core beliefs:
